BEDFORD BOOKS is a specialist "remainder" Book business. We are constantly seeking to make bulk purchases of "end-of-line" Christian books which we can pass on to our customers at bargain prices.

Andrew Franks has been heading up this business since 1998.

Since September 2006 we have been expanding the activities of Bedford Books to provide a wider range of titles at more and more events across the UK.

Finchley Christian Bookshops Ltd purchased BEDFORD BOOKS from Colin Bedford in 1998. Colin had established the business 40 years earlier when, as a Bible College student, he was keen to obtain books for himself and his fellow students.

Over the years BEDFORD BOOKS grew into a significant resource for students and clergy around the UK and beyond.

Since 1998 we have been able to continue to obtain significant quantities of "remaindered" Christian books to sell to individuals, retail and internet customers at excellent prices, while continuing Colin's routine of visiting Theological colleges with Book Sales. We also attend a number of major Christian gatherings with Bargain Book displays throughout the year and we are able to offer trade terms to Christian Bookshops around the UK.

Andrew Franks purchased Bedford Books from Finchley Christian Bookshops Ltd in 2008 and now runs the business from a warehouse on the former RAF base in Thornwood, Epping.
